I’ve worked so hard with the web developer, which is no other than my own brother from www.loniavillage.com to create a system that is easy for everybody to place an order as well as experiencing a great pleasure viewing all the products and shopping at Namri Jewelry. Ordering by the way, is super easy and can be done by email and online.

Ordering Online:

This is the best method to shop here. Just simply choose your desire item, add it into you shopping cart and continue shopping until you are done. Proceed to checkout by clicking on checkout button and follow the instructions. An email will be send to you immediately upon confirmation of order.
There are two types of payment method that accepted at Narmi Jewelry, which is fund transfer into my banking account or payment via paypal. You can always choose to pay by Paypal by clicking on Paypal Buy Now button. PayPal allows you to use any major credit card or your debit card for purchases. For payment by fund transfer into bank account just simply follow the instruction given. 
Shipping fees will be automatically being added in into the total amount of the order base on where you are from during checkout process. It is important for you to fill up the personal information form correctly so that I won’t send the item to the wrong address and even worst to the wrong country! Please find shipping rate tabularize table further below.

Ordering by Email:

Order by email only for custom order. You can email me to ask about custom-ordering specific jewelry designs, to design a piece of jewelry from scratch, or to see photos of some recently commissioned pieces. Send the email to customorder@narmijewelry.com
Please allow three weeks (sometimes more) for fabrication of custom jewelry pieces. Speed of completing fabrication works for custom jewelry always depends on availability of materials. Thus, sometimes it could be more than 3 weeks. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable

Back Orders:

For items that are out of stock (especially items under supplies) please kindly email me at backorder@narmijewelry.com for more info about back order and availability of the items. I will indicate in the website the approximate timeline of when the stock of the particular item will be in stock again.

International Orders:

To place an order from outside Malaysia, please email me at sales@narmijewelry.com for further discussion about shipping fees and duty import.
