Refund policy for jewelry / home deco / gift
Since all jewelry is totally handcrafted many pieces might have slight natural irregularities. The technique I use makes the pieces more delicate than most industrially made jewelry. Although, I've tried my best to provide details photographs for all the items, but still it portray only the features of my pieces.
I stand behind my jewelry. If you are not totally enamored with your purchase due to damages or we mistakenly deliver wrong item to you, please contact me within 10 days of receipt of your jewelry, and I will try to make it right. Item(s) however, must be in perfect condition and in original packaging, was not worn and enclosing the receipt or invoice. I do not accept COD returns. The refund is always done by fund transfer to your bank account/credit card.
Refund policy for supplies
All items under supplies are non-refundable, non-returnable but it is exchangeable with item that has equal or greater value listed in the website. Terms and conditions apply. For exchanging return item with item that has greater value, additional amount will be charge. For items that are broken during delivery is not under my responsibilities. I hand picked the items myself especially the beads and I can guarantee that all the items is in good condition when it leaves my home.
Repairs & Damages
Please note that woven jewelry is more delicate than most types of industrially produced pieces. If your jewelry is damaged and requires repair, there will be a repairing fee depending on the extent of the damage. The repairing fee is always fixed after a thorough examination of the damaged piece.
